General Information:

• All room prices are for double occupancy.

• Additional guests are billed at the rate of $15 per person.

• Children 11 and younger are billed at $10 per night.

• $5 per day multi-day discount (3 or more days)

• A $20 non-refundable processing fee is charged at the time of reservation.

  • No additional charges for cancellations more than 7 days in advance of reservation date

  • Guests cancelling less than 7 days in advance will be responsible for the entire cost of the reservation unless the reserved room(s) are rebooked in full.

• Check-in time:  5:00 PM

• Check-out time:  10:00 AM

• Late check-out of 3:00 PM available for a $20 charge

• Call ahead for early check-in or bag drop-off

• Laundry service available

• Visa and MasterCard accepted 

• $5 per day discount for cash payments

• Pets can be accommodated in some rooms, but are subject to a $10 service charge.

The Marathon Room is $120 per night.  This room features a twin bed on the main level, with a marvelous view of Mt. Marathon.  There is also a Queen bed in the loft.  It has a private attached bathroom, and sleeps up to three people.

The Bay View Rooms are $140 per night.  These rooms have a Queen bed on the main level and two twin beds or one Queen and one twin bed in the loft above.  Each room looks across Resurrection Bay toward Mt. Alice and the surrounding mountains.  They have their own private attached bathroom.  Each room sleeps up to four or five people.

Continental breakfast included every morning.  Full breakfasts can be made upon request for $5 per person.
